Where is the beach: Spindependence Day Beach Party
Cowboymonkey has officially become one of my favorite bars in downtown Champaign. It is really a nice place to chill. The music is good most of the time and the Peach Margarita is yummy.
We did not really do much for 4th of July. But the boy finally made the Mozaarella Salad that I had been begging to make. It was enough to make my day. :)
